And a diverse workforce leads to better teamwork and creative thinking, as well as mutual understanding and respect.<BR><BR>The Supply Operations Bellevue Bread Plant, located in Bellevue, WA, has an opening for a Maintenance Manager.<BR><BR>Manage engineering and maintenance services to achieve maximum financial results from the plants capital expenditures, maintenance expenditures, production equipment and fixed assets.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>4 year college degree in engineering.<BR>? 6-8 years in manufacturing/production environment with industry experience.<BR>? 3 years manufacturing plant engineering/management experience which includes financial management and project development and project management experience.<BR>? Experienced in department budget management.<BR>? Proven skills in preventive maintenance.<BR>? Ability to interface with regulatory agencies.<BR>? Knowledge of Capital Project Development, Cost Estimation and Management.<BR>? Managing/Scheduling/Developing Human Resources.<BR>? Interpersonal and Team Building skills.<BR>? Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.<BR>? Working knowledge of Heat Transfer, Material Handling, Fluid Mechanics.<BR>? Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project. Previous experience with Automated Control Systems PLCs and PCs.<BR>? Lean manufacturing principals.<BR>? Vendor relationships<BR><BR>? Key Responsibilities:<BR>? Manage engineering and maintenance services and ensure operational reliability.<BR>? Oversee preventative maintenance compliance and effectiveness.<BR>? Develop, monitor and ensure timely completion of plant goals/action plans, both short and long term.<BR>? Assist Plant Manager in making operational improvements to reduce costs and to increase productivity.<BR>? Utilize new technology and lean manufacturing principals and processes available to maximize efficiency.<BR>? Plan, manage and execute capital asset program in compliance with Annual Operating Plan and established policy.<BR>? Have or develop a network base with equipment vendors.<BR>?
