This position reports to the Director Enterprise Risk and Insurance Management.<BR>?<BR>Summary of Key Responsibilities:<BR>?????????Develop, implement, maintain all aspects of Global Occupational H&S Programs designed to ensure regulatory compliance (US State/Federal; Canada; UK; and other International as business expansion requires) and address safety risks inherent within the enterprise.?<BR>?????????Builds effective partnerships, influences behaviors and inspires commitment on the part of management and staff in creating a culture of safety and safe work environments.<BR>?????????Conducts risk assessments related to jobs performed (job hazard/safety analysis), new equipment introductions, and process and SOP changes that could potentially impact work environment safety.<BR>?????????Incorporates appropriate risk mitigation measures, including ergonomic considerations, in all such efforts.<BR>?????????Leads safety/incident review committees in investigating accidents and eliminating hazards and unsafe conditions.<BR>?????????Analyzes accident data and build/modify prevention programs to impact accident trends.<BR>?????????Provides on-going management reporting concerning status of occupational health and safety program efforts and results to include both internal and external key metrics related to safety program effectiveness and injuries.<BR>?????????Ensures required pape                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   </font></td>
