               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">At Puget Sound Energy (PSE) we have a long tradition of service, and an exciting and innovative future ahead!<BR>Consider PSE for the next step in your career.<BR><BR>Market Analyst #17356<BR><BR>Puget Sound Energy’s Energy Efficiency Services (EES) department is looking for a Market Analyst to join their Residential Energy Management Team!  This person will provide analytical support to residential efficiency programs to improve energy savings tracking and reporting.  Additionally, this person will be responsible for extracting customer and market data from various databases and developing systems for ongoing analysis and reporting.  They will work with a variety of department teams to review, analyze, and improve program processes.  We are looking for someone who enjoys working with data and can analyze, summarize, and make recommendations to work teams regarding various levels of energy efficiency information.  <BR><BR>This is an excellent opportunity to play an integral role within PSE to help us better serve the environment, our customers and the communities in which they live. Gain the energy to do great things through a career with Puget Sound Energy! <BR><BR>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>• BS/BA in business, marketing, finance, economics, engineering, or closely related field.  <BR>• 3 –5 years of experience in a market analysis.<BR>• Market research environment where understanding various market conditions/data and their relationship to opportunities was necessary.<BR>• Proven effectiveness of work with and as a part of cross functional teams.  <BR>• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a multi-team environment.<BR>• Strong time management and organizational skills.  Able to work independently in a fast paced environment and prioritize assignments<BR>• Experience in database development and management using software applications such as SAS, SQL, Access, etc.<BR><BR>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>• Experience with SAP BI.<BR>• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with exceptional PC skills using Excel, Access, Word and Visio.<BR>• Experience in the energy industry and understanding of the customer needs related to energy management.<BR>• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies<BR><BR>PSE offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
