               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">!*!The National Account Manager will drive sales by leading & developing T-Mobile sales operation directives specific to the account, with T-Mobile account team, third party field support, account Regional VP''s, and National Sales Managers. This sales leader will be accountable for realizing the full potential of the T-Mobile brand and improving the customer experience. This position is critical for increasing sales and driving T-Mobile Retail relationships with account, while achieving Subscriber Acquisition Cost objectives. This sales leader will report to the Channel Director of National Retail with close working relationships with T-Mobile Channel Managemnt, Dealer Financial Services leaders, and Legal Counsel.<BR><BR>The National Account Manager will provide focus on sales operation strategies and tactics, including key business building initiatives driving per store activations (month-over month & year-over-year), providing plans to significantly increase retail distribution, improving customer retention and other transformation initiatives. It will play a role of strengthening communication and cross-coordination among the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Business Operations organizations.<BR><BR><BR>SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:<BR>KEY AREA''S OF FOCUS FOR THIS POSITION ARE - SALES STRATEGY AND THE EXECUTION OF KEY INITIATIVES.<BR>* Lead planning & execution of business strategy & key initiatives<BR>* Lead all T-Mobile Sales communication to the account<BR>* Manage monthly validation of earned & paid commissions<BR>* Managing handset forecasting & inventory control<BR>* Lead account internal sales, customer experience, merchandising, and training communication to Third Party Field support<BR>* Lead & manage relationship between T-Mobile Corp. Retail and account<BR>* Lead liaison with Project Managers to drive execution of key initiatives<BR>* Lead strategic market visit initiatives. Execute account secret shops, provide the evaluation of account location''s actual operating protocol vs. required standard, developing recommendations for best practices, and opportunities. Execute competitive intelligence gathering, including the execution, reporting, & presentation of secret shopping key findings to recommend and implement best practices for account<BR>* Lead all training initiatives supporting account<BR>* Lead the execution to provide all sales reporting needs for the account team<BR>* Lead the implementation of all new products & services within account<BR>* Lead the weekly financial & sales conf. calls with account senior management, and T-Mobile supporting service departments.<BR><BR>!*!The ideal candidate will have +5 years of significant sales and operational experience in a sales organization with a top company and strong culture. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of building winning teams and implementing strategies to grow top and bottom line results.
