<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">!*!<BR><BR><BR>Key functions of the National Account Manager are as follows:<BR><BR><BR>* Expand T-Mobile presence and market share by maximizing cultivating existing and establishing relationships within the assigned account. May include prospecting and creating new business opportunities within new and existing accounts.<BR><BR><BR>* Execution of long term planning and strategies including merchandising, product placement, inventory selection, training, market analysis.<BR><BR><BR>* Maximize sales (activations) while maintaining high levels of customer service, satisfaction and customer loyalty.<BR><BR><BR>* Manage business and financial aspects including contract negotiation, compensation, advertising, promotional funds, accounting discrepancies, inventory levels, forecasting and accounts receivable.<BR><BR><BR>* Deliver upon corporate initiatives in support of corporate goals.<BR><BR><BR>* Motivate and educate the field sales teams on account promotions and initiatives.<BR><BR><BR>* Insure the integrity of the T-Mobile brand within the National Retailer while maintaining a high standard of behavior and ethics.<BR><BR>!*!PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES<BR>* Able to align with the company''s culture and values, a visible leader as perceived by colleagues<BR>* A professional who demonstrates a "take charge" spirit; moves others to action by planning, motivating, organizing, and controlling work being done.<BR>* Interpersonal skills that establish and maintain excellent relationships and credibility quickly.<BR>* Able to create team atmosphere with internal staff, while achieving key objectives, accessible, committed, and responsive.
