OMC offers a range of services including 24-hour urgent care, primary care, and specialty clinics. Overlake clinics are currently located inSeattle?s eastside neighboring cities ofBellevue,Kirkland, Issaquah, andRedmond.<BR>FLOAT POOL Position: <BR>* Requires travel from clinic to clinic - locations inBellevue,Kirkland,Redmond, and Issaquah.<BR>* Must have reliable transportation &WashingtonStateDriver License.<BR>* Variable hours required(must be very flexible and available for Days, Evenings, Weekends).<BR>* Experienced in Primary Care (Family Practice & Internal Medicine), Urgent Care, and Surgical practice.<BR>* Must be extremely versatile & comfortable in different settings/new situations (able to transition from specialty to specialty on a daily basis if needed).<BR>* Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ablity to interact effectively with diverse populations.<BR>The Medical Assistants work under the direction of the Clinical Lead, Clinic Manager, or appropriate staff to provide basic patient care to assigned patients. This position to be held by a WA Certified Health Care Assistant.<BR><BR>Minimum Requirements:<BR>* High School Diploma or GED required.<BR>* Graduate of a certified medical assistant program; or previous MA, EMT, or military corpsman training required.<BR>* Certified or able to become certified within the first three months of employment underWAC 246-826-110Health Care Assistant Classification levels A, C, and E.<BR>* CPR certification required.<BR>The RIGHT FIT? we are looking for includes:<BR>* Minimum one (1) year of medical assisting experience in a clinic setting preferred.<BR>* Desire experience in Phlebotomy, EKG.<BR>* Computer keyboard skills.<BR>* Effective organization skills.<BR>* Strong organization skills.<BR>* Effective verbal and written communication skills. <BR>Work/Life Benefits:<BR><BR>You deserve a good balance between life and work.
