The organization is transitioning from EClinicalWorks (ECW) to EPIC. This is a lead position so incumbent will be working with the Director of Operationsto build a centralized HIM team that supports 100+ providers in 16-clinics located in the areas of Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and Issaquah.<BR> <BR>The lead Medical Records Technician will be responsible for daily staff assignments, coordinating work flows and problem solving day to day issues that may arise. Lead will be responsible for generating and analyzing monthly statistical reports for physician activity and suspension reporting. Incumbent must be well versed in all aspects of electronically filing, copying, pasting and abstracting medical record documentation into the EMR system. Performs detailed and complex workflow procedures to accurately file documents into the patient?s electronic medical record.
