Reporting to the Senior Database Marketing Manager, this person will be part of a team that is specifically responsible for executing direct to consumer marketing emails and promotions. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with various marketing teams across the company to identify and implement new campaigns and programs via the 1:1 channels. This role will also work closely with external creative resources as well as external agency partners. This position is best suited for a highly driven individual with market knowledge Someone who has strong experience in email and direct marketing communications and is looking to apply that experience to a high profile team with in a growth company. Experience in areas such as email best practices, creating best in class creative, customer segmentation and CRM is required.<BR><BR>General Responsibilities:<BR><BR>. Lead projects that make significant advances in email effectiveness for own area of responsibility.<BR>. Assist with the development and execution of multiple weekly and monthly email programs.<BR>. Assist with the development and testing of email 'best practices' regarding travel products, pricing, promotional and customer<BR>segmentation strategies through the use of email.<BR>. Lead projects and identify solutions which have an impact within Database Marketing.<BR>. Assist with email QA and test campaigns for accuracy and platform compatibility.<BR>. Assist with email list growth and acquisition efforts.<BR>. Perform competitive analysis and miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.<BR>. Generate weekly reports for internal client distribution.<BR><BR><BR>Requirements:<BR><BR>. Bachelor's Degree.<BR>. 2+ year Online marketing experience, email marketing preferred.<BR>.
