The success of Bing has contributed to strong growth for MSN in 2010-2011.<BR><BR>MSN Money is seeking an editor responsible for overseeing our Personal Finance section. The Personal Finance editor will work closely with other editors, writers, content partners, program managers, software developers and our sales teams to create industry-best content for the web and handheld devices.<BR><BR>We''re looking for an editor with an eye for great content, someone who can combine text, video and online tools to create content tailored to the web.<BR><BR>Responsibilities include:<BR>Creating compelling personal finance content. The content for the section - which includes coverage of saving, insurance, loans, retirement, taxes and other personal finance topics - will be provided by in-house columnists, freelancers and content partners.<BR><BR>Managing Personal Finance traffic to meet advertising and other business goals.<BR><BR>Working with sales and monetization teams to identify areas of opportunity for new packages and content.<BR><BR>Tracking and reporting results using web analytics tools such as Omniture and Comscore.<BR><BR>Working across the MSN network to incorporate initiatives such as Bing, video and cross-channel pollination.<BR><BR>The ideal candidate will be a top performer who:<BR>Possesses outstanding editorial skills and a strong understanding of Web publishing.<BR>Has proven project management, preferably in the context of media production and online publishing.<BR>Has a track record of creating compelling online experiences, stemming from an understanding of users'' needs and interests.<BR>Ability to move between technical and editorial worlds.<BR>Ability to find and bring together the right people or resources -- from engineering, editorial, design, advertising, video, social, leadership, etc. -- to make a high-quality project happen.<BR>Ability to gain buy-in across multiple teams.<BR>Has a strong news sense and understands complex financial concepts well enough to explain them clearly.<BR>Has familiarity with traffic measurement tools, including Omniture.<BR>Has strong oral & written communication abilities, strong interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail.<BR><BR>Microsoft is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) and strongly supports diversity in the work place.<BR><BR>XMSNXFN:SUAK*LI </font></td>
