This role is responsible for ensuring that all ASC related process maps and workflows are current, accurate and any changes/additions are managed effectively using established Change Management procedures.  In addition position will be responsible for developing strong internal and external business relationships in support of business objectives, achieving business and financial results, and leading a culture of continuous improvement.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>~Provide Schedule Change related Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to Global Teams as required to successfully operationalize key Expedia initiatives (POS launches/Global Parity/New Contact Center/Customer Operations Agent Tool/ etc.)<BR><BR>~Ensure accurate content and timely updates of all process maps and workflows relative to Global Schedule Change processes/procedure/policy for both voice and non-voice functions.<BR>Work in tandem with other functional process analysts to ensure consistency amongst all Air Fulfillment process documentation<BR><BR>~Collaborate with Air Fulfillment Operations groups including but not limited to Functional teams, Training, Quality and Curriculum to successfully complete peer review of new and modified ASC related processes; solicit assistance from external ASC operational teams to assist and provide feedback<BR><BR>~Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings; manage new requests for ASC process updates to completion; identify change impact to other functional processes and work with those teams to mitigate.<BR><BR>~Assist in the development and maintenance of Airline Specific Policy documents to be utilized by Air Fulfillment and Customer Operations teams globally.<BR><BR>~Contribute to cost reduction and containment by ensuring existing schedule change automated and manual exception processes are functioning efficiently with an overall objective to reduce exception transactions to minimal levels<BR><BR>~Provide support as required to Global Air Fulfillment and Customer Operations teams to aid in the understanding of ASC processes<BR><BR>~Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement through monitoring of all schedule change activity <BR><BR>~Provide great support to our internal and external partners in support of schedule change operational performance which will drive great partner and customer experiences<BR><BR>~Collaborate with Air Fulfillment Operational teams and Customer Operations teams in the facilitation of policy and process in the event of a major event that significantly impacts airline                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              </font></td>
