Within A&O, the Global Specialists team is chartered with driving revenue by leading the sales strategy, the sales of our advertising solutions, our innovations and this by working closely with the BG and the Field.<BR><BR>The US Product Sales Strategy Lead (PSSL) will be responsible for driving online advertising revenue for Mobile. You will be pivotal connection between US Field and BG and will be responsible for not only setting the initial sales strategy for driving revenue but also reviewing monthly results and driving programs to accelerate the sales market by market. The US Product Sales Strategy Lead will lead the sales community and will be the voice of the field driving sales feedback into Product Management and Product Marketing teams to facilitate product enhancements to support market share growth. You will partner with various teams to provide the sales strategy and to identify and scale new and innovative sales approaches.<BR><BR>The responsibilities of the US Product Sales Strategy Lead are as follows:<BR>1.Exceed fiscal year online advertising revenue targets for Mobile. Be accountable for the all related Scorecard metrics for the product. Develop the right pricing & promo strategy; build new and customized packages for AEs to enable them to meet customer requirement and revenue targets. Identify sales best practices and scale these globally where relevant.<BR>2.Develop sales strategy for Mobile and partner with business groups on market opportunities and sales positioning. Lead annual analysis around market segmentation and resource allocation for Mobile Sales Specialist resourcing. The PSSL needs to be an ambassador for the multiscreen selling approach and understand the complete solution spectrum sourcing the multiscreen strategy.<BR>3.Land sales motion of GTMs in the US by working and collaborating closely with relevant teams like BG, Trade Marketing, Operations, Monetization and US Specialist and sales orgs. You will own landing several different GTMs with the front line sellers and ensuring the GTMs are being used to support sales pipeline. The role will be on-point for one of the Top Conversations aligned with BG/TM owned Top Conversation Framework such as Building Brands Through Digital, Social Advertising, Data driven marketing, Mobility/Connected Experiences and Future Forward.<BR>4.Will be the US Leader for the Specialists Champs community for Mobile. Will also be the single focal point to BGs. The Lead will communicate all product related news and updates in the Field and also, will be the source of all escalation from the Field to BGs around sales issues.
