That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR>The Program Manager, Sales Operations (Implementation) will focus on program management, communication and innovation to drive improvement in the quality of the RTSM program. Will serve as corporate liaison for RTSMs and provide support, communication, and tactical direction in order to drive effectiveness. Coach RTSMs via monthly forums and one on one to promote intra RTSM communication and to foster a sense of belonging, an opportunity to share best practices, expose RTSMs to upcoming training programs or changes in the readiness program and provide development for RTSMs<BR>* Focus on program analytics to drive effectiveness by connecting to business results<BR>* Work effectively with various T-Mobile departments, to gather Key Metrics / Training analysis reports.<BR>* Develop analytics to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of all aspects of the readiness program.<BR>* Monitor progress, highlight gaps, research issues and provide reporting to RTSMs to help them identify areas where they excel or areas of improvement.<BR>* Provide analytics to Retail and SOS Leadership and make recommendations on stop gap measures as well as long term solutions.<BR>* Develop databases to be used in report production and analysis of program.<BR>* Work effectively with analysts to develop Dashboard for Training Readiness for the following audience: SOS, Retail and Branded Leadership.<BR>* Develop and implement training compliance programs for RTSMs working with appropriate headquarters group to create or change M&Ps, policies, and communication to the field.<BR>* Implement operational reviews of Readiness program conducted in a selected number of RTSM locations to find potential opportunities and improvements.<BR>* Develop documentation for RTSMs to reside on a Community Space and develop an RTSM handbook.<BR>* Accomplish Training Delivery objectives by orienting, training, and coaching employees; (Field engagement and alignment)<BR>* Be responsible for communicating program expectations; planning, and monitoring RTSM contributions; RTSM selection criteria, TTT and certification/recertification<BR>* Host monthly RTSM forums to share best practices, communicate changes and develop RTSM team<BR>* Partner with Training Delivery to conduct current RTS site assessment and site selection requirements: Mid - High volume locations<BR>* Collaborate with Analytics PM to perform RTSM review and gather feedback.<BR>* Align with Field partnerships for labor allocation<BR>* Collaborate with Training </font></td>
