<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Superior Technical Resources is partnering with our Bellevue based client in search of a Project Manager II - Finance Communications and Training Lead for 3 months contract opportunity. <BR> <BR>This position will be responsible for driving and executing employee communications and training programs for the Finance department: <BR>Work with Finance executives to execute monthly/quarterly Finance communication plan and schedule <BR>Manage work back schedules and coordinate communication efforts with appropriate leaders to ensure timely delivery. <BR>Provide support as needed to employee communication events such as quarterly All Hands meetings and quarterly Managers call <BR>Executive Communications <BR>Ghostwrite written communication on behalf of Finance leadership team (CFO and Finance VPs) <BR>Must possess strong business acumen and be able to articulate regular department updates through an executive voice <BR>Able to work closely with all levels including senior leaders <BR>Conduct training needs analysis and work with Finance leadership team to determine training priorities <BR>Work with third party vendors to set up instructor-led training classes such as Microsoft office applications, etc. <BR>Coordinate all aspects of training events including communication, classroom set-up, course evaluations, etc. <BR> <BR>Talent and Resources, Aligned. www.superiorjobs.com. EOE M/F/D/V <BR>Required Skills / Qualifications: <BR> <BR>Bachelor’s degree <BR>Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience. <BR> <BR>Preferred Skills / Qualifications: <BR> <BR>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. <BR>Need excellent meeting facilitation skills. <BR>Exceptional problem solving skills. <BR>Quick recall of multiple work streams. <BR>Calming demeanor in difficult circumstances. <BR>Ability to motivate project teams to build team morale and group commitment to project goals and deliverables. <BR>Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task across several project assignments. <BR>Ability to interact and communicate professionally with all levels of staff and management as required to coordinate project deliverables, deliver status reports, and facilitate meetings. <BR>MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook) <BR>Past experience understanding and communicating multiple work stream schedules. <BR>Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering solutions and managing multiple projects simultaneously. <BR>Wireless, Telecommunications, and/or Sales industry experience. <BR>Project Management Certifications</font></td>
