               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">This individual will be involved in the recruitment, selection and placement of candidates for accounts with high margin gross profit. This individual will edit, screen and evaluate resumes. Interview and submit qualified candidates to customers ensuring high quality. This individual is responsible for fully utilizing recruiting resources (Job Fairs, Internet, Restrac, Professional Organizations, etc.). This position maintains and establishes customer relationships through employee placement, quality checks, sales and service calls, is responsible for managing gross profit percentages set forth by the manager. The individual in this position must have the ability to take a team-oriented approach on working with recruiters, sales and service managers, follow all quality procedures and processes as set forth by the branch manager and corporate quality department, develop effective personal time and stress management skills, be responsible for complying with Kelly's standard operating procedures and provide employee services functions.<BR><BR>Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Marketing preferred but not required. High School diploma required. Skills Required: Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Able to handle multiple problems simultaneously. Must have excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills. Able to continuously improve processes and procedures. Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and listening. Demonstrates professional, friendly demeanor both in person and over the phone. Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple projects that require detail-orientation. Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet, and email systems.</font></td>
