               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: RN Staff Nurse - OR Ambulatory Surgery (Temporary - Bellevue)<BR>Location: WA - Bellevue/Redmond-Bellevue-Bellevue Medical Center<BR>Other Locations: null<BR><BR>Enjoy a Monday - Friday schedule with no weekends, holidays or call !!!<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR><BR>We have 3 per diem positions<BR><BR>Our Bellevue Campus Ambulatory SurgeryCenteris looking for an RN with atleast one year of OR experienceto join our team in a fast paced surgery center where the surgical team works together to provide the best surgical experience for our patients. <BR><BR>Our ideal candidate:<BR>* Will scrub and circulate for complex surgical cases in a fast paced environment<BR>* Experience in both inpatient and outpatient surgery is essential for this position<BR><BR>Operating room (OR) RN has primary responsibility and accountability for the nursing care of patients in the operating room undergoing surgical or other invasive procedures. OR RNs develop, coordinate, and implement care plan that are patient and outcome focused.<BR><BR>Care plans are made in collaboration with members of the Preoperative team:<BR>* Patient assessment, knowledge of the procedure and anesthetic plan, physician orders<BR>* Application of relevant policies and procedures, and AORN guidelines.<BR>The OR RN provides leadership direction and clinical supervision to the surgical technologists, patient care technicians, and other non-licensed staff on the healthcare team. <BR><BR>Education requirements  <BR>Minimum: Graduate of accredited RN program<BR>Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)<BR> <BR>Licensure / Certification requirements  <BR>Minimum: Current Washington State RN license, CPR<BR>Preferred: Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)<BR> <BR>Experience requirements  <BR>Minimum: 1 year of recent operating room experience or completion or an approved Preoperative training program<BR>Preferred: Adult and pediatric operating room experience  <BR><BR>Group Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        </font></td>
