               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Brief Description <BR> <BR>This role performs the first step in the selling process by prequalifying leads for the purpose of filling the pipelines of the Strategic Account Managers.  <BR> <BR> <BR>Description <BR> <BR>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<BR><BR>The Sales Development Representative is responsible for developing sales opportunities by providing pre-qualified leads to our field Strategic Account Managers. This is done primarily by following up on leads which come to us from various Marketing efforts, and further cultivating interest and the potential match to the point of pre-qualification. (The Strategic Account Manager will determine if and when the pre-qualified lead enters the pipeline as an opportunity.) This role seeks to learn the business needs and objectives of prospective future Clients and positions the value of Edifecs’ solutions. (This role will not engage in pricing discussions.) The Sales Development Representative will be generating interest and aiming to bring Prospects to the point of being ready to scope out a solution with a field Sales Strategic Account Manager and Technical Sales Consultant. A (phone) appointment with a field Strategic Account Executive is scheduled when:<BR><BR>Business problem/need of the Prospect has been identified <BR>Prospect has been oriented (value proposition) and has interest to proceed <BR>There is good potential for a vision match (our solutions can solve most of the business needs and meets the Prospect’s vision of what they could get value from) <BR>Main contact’s name, title, phone number, and email have been acquired <BR>Prospect has confirmed that they will be making a buying decision within 24 months <BR><BR>QUALIFICATIONS:<BR><BR>The position demands a highly professional phone and email presence along with tenacity, perseverance and polish. Candidates must be well-spoken, having the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively as they discuss solutions with leaders in the Payer (insurance industry) and Provider (healthcare delivery) markets.<BR><BR>1-4 years of successful sales prospecting and/or lead generation experience. <BR>Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. <BR>Experienced with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software. <BR>Resourceful, goal-oriented, metrics-driven and solution focused. <BR>Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to comfortably and confidently converse at a high level with VP and C-level customer contacts. <BR>Thrives in a fast paced, rapidly growing and constantly changing environment. <BR>Positive, focused, energetic, charismatic, self-starter with excellent multi-tasking and time management skills. <BR>Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree strongly preferred (major in Business or Communications) <BR><BR>KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:<BR><BR><BR>Number of opportunities added into the pipeline that came from the pre-qualified leads provided to S.A.M. <BR>Conversion rate (% that make it from pipeline entrance to closed-won booking) of opportunities which came from pre-qualified leads <BR>Quantity of closed-won deals that came from pre-qualified leads <BR>Dollar value of closed-won deals that came from pre-qualified leads <BR><BR>PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS<BR><BR><BR>Effective communicator <BR>Clear thinking <BR>Entrepreneurial <BR>High energy <BR><BR>Edifecs offers a competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits and 401(k)<BR><BR>Edifecs is an equal opportunity employer</font></td>
