That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR>The Senior Business Solutions Analyst is responsible to represent Dealer Financial Services (DFS) on enterprise projects both to develop new system functionality and non-system changes to business processes. As super user for ERP system of record SAP, this position serves as department resource to identify solutions for SAP related problems. Additionally, this person will partner with business owners and technical teams to implement SAP enhancements.<BR><BR>Job Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>* Acts as contact for all users on system issues or problems. Troubleshoot, identify and track systems issues to ensure resolution and keep systems operational. Develop recommendations and coordinates issue resolution with EIT. Document and communicate problem resolution.<BR>* Subject matter expert on the business process of prepaid operations in DFS.<BR>* Gather and define business requirements for enterprise initiatives. Coordinate and manage all projects and systems activities, including project management, design, and user acceptance testing, enhancement, implementation, and production support<BR>* Analyze current processes, tools, or systems and makes recommendations for development, improvement, or simplification. Drive solution implementation and provide end user training.<BR>* SAP security point for contact for DFS user profiles, transactions, and master records.<BR>* Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.<BR><BR>!*!<BR>* 3+ years in creating business requirement documents, data flow diagrams, use cases, and process models<BR>* 5+ years of systems analysis experience<BR>* Intermediate level knowledge of ERP System (SAP preferred)<BR>* Advanced knowledge in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)<BR>* Solid understanding of System Development Lifecycle<BR>* Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, and create deliverables with limited direction<BR>* Excellent written and communication skills.
