Collecting valuable information from every campaign and mining it for insights.<BR><BR>Roles & Responsibilities<BR>We are looking for a seasoned data mining analyst to provide thought leadership in the Display Ads Data Mining team, responsible for building products and providing insights around new ad experiences, cross-device, targeting, product recommendations, to name a few. The ultimate goal is to optimize benefits of ads for the trio of consumers, advertisers and publishers. We are seeking a seasoned data mining analyst who can lead and drive applied research and data mining expertise in this area. This is an exciting position, providing you an opportunity to solve high-impact and real-world business problems in the online advertising space using a combination of machine learning, data mining, information retrieval and statistical methodologies. The ideal candidate should have past experience and demonstrated expertise in one of the following domains: online advertising, ad targeting, user segmentation, modeling, and business intelligence.<BR><BR>Skills & Qualifications<BR>- Familiarity with prototyping and applying data mining techniques (i.e. classification, clustering, association mining, forecasting), statistics and information retrieval methods to tangible real-world data<BR>- Ability to work independently and in a team to produce innovative solutions to challenging business problems<BR>- Experience using applied research, data analysis and data mining techniques to solve real-world big data problems<BR>- Experience solving marketing and business problems in areas of user segmentation, ad targeting, user modeling, campaign measurement, metric development and/or online experimentation<BR>- Attention to detail and data accuracy<BR>- Strong client services mentality.
