Gain the energy to do great things through a career with Puget Sound Energy! <BR><BR>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:<BR>• Conducts analysis and market intelligence gathering and maintenance of information<BR>• Coordinates planning for research and analysis projects.<BR>• Works closely with product management teams to analyze enhanced opportunities <BR>• Presents project results, data, or other work products to internal and external audiences.<BR>• Leads and participates in multidisciplinary project teams.<BR>• Oversees contractor and consultant work. <BR>• Supports the development and tracking of product performance metrics.<BR>• May act as a senior resource for junior staff members and review their work.<BR>• Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and constituents.<BR>• Manages multiple assignments for on-time completion and high quality results.<BR>• Performs other duties as assigned.<BR><BR>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>• 5 years of experience in market/program/product analysis, research, or evaluation <BR>• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, planning, public policy, or other relevant field.  Relevant utility experience beyond the minimum requirement may be considered in lieu of a degree<BR>• Can work independently to complete complex projects with limited direct supervision<BR>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<BR>• Strong project management skills <BR>• Proven written and oral communication skills <BR>• Ability to work in a team environment<BR>• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills<BR>• Ability to synthesize data and other information into clear, actionable deliverables  <BR>• Ability to work well with others, take initiative, work independently, and meet deadlines<BR>• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, other presentation and analytical tools<BR><BR>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>• Advanced degree requiring strong statistical, economic or analysis skills<BR>• Experience with electric or gas utility program planning, market research, evaluation, regulation, or policy analysis.<BR>• Advanced knowledge of SAS, statistical analysis and utility billing systems<BR><BR>This position will be filled as a Senior Market Analyst or Market Analyst depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.<BR><BR>PSE offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
