               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">alt="Job Summary" /><BR><BR>Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (IT)<BR><BR><BR>Location: Bellevue, WA Category: Information Technology<BR>Status: Temporary/Contract Reference: US_EN_2_106078_209770<BR>Salary: N/A Posted: April 10,2012<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR> <BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Job title: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (IT)<BR>Location: Bellevue, Wa<BR>Duration: 6 months contract on W2<BR>Rate : Open<BR>Job Description-<BR><BR>Participate in the Requirements review with the Business and core project team to ensure understanding of business needs and high-level functional changes required.<BR>-Interpret and analyze detailed design documents outlining gaps and/or issues, and assuring coverage of business requirements.<BR>-Review the Design / Architecture of the application with Development, and IT Security teams.<BR>-Develop master test plans for medium to large project for system and integration testing.<BR>-Hold QA Test Plan, Test Case and/or Test Tool Reviews and compile feedback to improve the quality of deliverables.<BR>-Pull and/or build necessary test data to support efforts, coordinating with internal and external IT/Business partners<BR>-Test and support Change Controls during production Implementation and troubleshoot any issues that come up during the production Implementation.<BR>-Lead/support medium to large complex Test and Technical/programming (Test automation) projects under minimal direction of senior staff and management.<BR>-Manage test reporting, defect resolution, results analysis and metrics<BR>-Evaluates options for meeting user needs, and ensures that system requirements are identified, prioritized and incorporated in an effective and efficient manner.<BR>-Participate in the promotion of best practices within the organization in collaboration with other analysts and other IT personnel.<BR><BR><BR>-Minimum 4 years of experience testing web-based, and client-server software.<BR>-Strong hands on experience with HP/Mercury tool suite (Quality Center, QuickTestPro) is a must.<BR>-Hands on experience with other commercial or open source test tools/frameworks is a plus.<BR>-Strong Visual Basic and/or C# skills are a plus.<BR>-Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.<BR>-Experience working with Java, JavaScript and other web development technologies is a must.<BR>-Strong knowledge of test methodology, tools, standards and procedures.<BR>-Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing levels/types/ phases<BR>-Experience testing verifying XML is a must<BR>-Experience creating XML request/response documents from specifications is a plus<BR>-Experience testing at the API level is a must<BR>-Strong understanding of relational databases a must<BR>-Understanding of Object Oriented approaches<BR>-Oracle/Weblogic experience preferred<BR>-Strong SQL skills are a must<BR>-Basic UNIX skills preferred<BR>-Excellent technical/analytical skills and/or strong programming and design skills.<BR>-Excellent interpersonal skills.<BR>-Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.<BR>-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<BR>-Strong understanding of software development life cycle<BR>-Basic project                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         </font></td>
