This includes extensive tax planning for the US taxation of international transactions. The successful senior tax analyst will be able to identify and research various tax issues and clearly articulate his/her findings to management through written communication (i.e. memorandums) or verbal presentations.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>Research of international tax issues such as Subpart F, treaty related issues, and permanent establishment<BR><BR>Coordination of tax aspects of business expansion<BR><BR>Preparation of international tax provision on a quarterly basis in coordination with global provision team<BR><BR>Preparation and review of US international compliance including 5471, foreign tax credit, withholding tax, and PFIC reporting<BR><BR>Coordination of outsourced foreign compliance<BR><BR>Liaise closely with Finance related to matters impacting international tax<BR><BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Bachelor degree in finance or accounting required. Masters in Taxation is a plus. <BR><BR>CPA required<BR><BR>At least 3 years of public accounting experience with one of the “Big Four” firms or equivalent experience.<BR><BR>A detailed understanding of US taxation of international transactions and planning for foreign operations, including foreign tax credits, SubF income and transfer pricing.<BR><BR>A detailed understanding of international reporting/compliance issues and experience in preparing Forms 5471 and other disclosure of international transactions<BR><BR>Experience with ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109) reporting.
