               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Description:<BR>- Usability testing;<BR>- Creates UI prototypes, Graphical design, UI Design, Logo design, Corporate identity, Style guides creation;<BR>- Usability evaluation of web, desktop and mobile applications;<BR>- Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation;<BR>- Use cases analysis and creation;<BR>- Preparing and presenting usability testing report;<BR>- Design requirements gathering.<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR>- Human factors knowledge and experience applying to HMI;<BR>- Experience in formative and summative usability testing;<BR>- Expertise in web, desktop, mobile, touch user interfaces analysis, prototyping and design;<BR>- Experience in requirements gathering, user research sessions conducting, results evaluation, interviewing skills, ethnographic research methods, persona development, study data analysis, task analysis and workflow modeling;<BR>- Survey skills and experience including the design, deployment and data analysis;<BR>- Have strong design skills and ability to draw by hand and create rapid sketches of future graphics and layouts;<BR>- Read, write, and speak fluently in English.</font></td>
