<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Channel Account Manager Responsibilities <BR>• Identifies, recruits, educates and supports SLED focused reseller partners in assigned territory. <BR><BR>• Develops and executes on strategic partner business plans with Symantec sales teams and partners <BR>• Manages and forecasts to Symantec management incremental opportunity pipeline consisting of deals in opportunity registration and other partner originated deals. <BR>• Proactively acts as a tactical resource on the closing of partner originated sales opportunities (where appropriate) through the attendance of joint end-user sales calls and facilitation of product demonstrations <BR>• Maintains in-depth relationships with senior sales mgmt responsible for the public sector line of business within reseller partners and promotes Symantec top of mind awareness through regular meetings and business reviews. <BR>• Acts as liaison between reseller partners, extended Symantec channel team, and SLED field/inside sales counterparts to create incremental sales opportunities and facilitate existing deals. <BR>• Acts as SLED subject matter expert for internal and external constituencies supported. <BR>• Teams with commercial Partner Account Manager in the creation, execution and monitoring of public sector focused “go to market
