This individual will provide strategy and thought leadership in order to ensure SMB&D processes are optimized and enabled by systems and data infrastructure. A strong focus in driving execution excellence across the business, and enable change through cross-group collaboration and impact/influence tactics is fundamental to this position. This individual will work hand-in-hand with senior SMB&D leadership to ensure our execution model and enable landing of key programs and initiatives in the field.<BR><BR>Success is measured by:<BR><BR>Meeting or exceeding US SMS&P standards for specific programmatic initiatives determined as a priority by the SMB&D Executive sponsors, SMB&D LT and Sales Excellence leadership. Success will be dependent on a deep understanding of small business customers and partners and their sales engagement processes with Microsoft. The ability to translate the business priorities to systems and data needs which will ultimately drive customer and partner interactions at scale is critical. Another key component to success is nurturing a close partnership with the SMB&D team, SMS&P Sales Excellence, and other Microsoft WW/IT teams will be critical partnerships to drive necessary scalable and repeatable capabilities.  This individual will be accountable for collecting key requirements, prioritizing them according to business needs, and influencing system investments in support of the SMB&D business.
