               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities<BR><BR>    2 years customer service and retail sales experience.<BR>    Basic knowledge of the construction materials and their uses.<BR>    Excellent telephone etiquette.<BR>    Basic computer skills and ability to learn Company computer system.<BR>    Effective oral and written communication skills using the English and Spanish language.<BR>    Able to maintain a good working relationship with all employees and customers.<BR>    Must be prompt, on time to work and have regular attendance.<BR><BR><BR>Duties<BR><BR>    Meet and greet customers.<BR>    Provide sales assistance including; ordering, customer service, sales and returns.<BR>    Assist with basic merchandising maintenance and stocking.<BR>    Perform general cleaning.<BR>    Answer phones and inquires, take messages for employees.<BR>    Order non-VMI stock as assigned.<BR>    Load in-store items for customers.<BR>    Update will-call orders.<BR>    When requested assist Outside crew with Loading customer merchandise.<BR>    Work trade shows and attend industry meetings as assigned.<BR><BR><BR>Responsibilities<BR><BR>    Adhere to all company policies and procedures.<BR>    Properly handle hand and power tools necessary to carry out your duties.<BR>    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building material and construction codes, share information with customers and employees.<BR>    Maintain consistent level of professionalism while representing  Company.<BR>    Follow all  Company and State and Federal safety policies.<BR>    Attend all necessary safety meetings.<BR>    Other Duties as assigned.<BR><BR><BR>Physical Requirements<BR><BR>    Frequent standing, walking and sitting.<BR>    Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.<BR>    Must be able to work at computer or desk area for extended periods of time.<BR>    Must be able to stoop, kneel and crouch.<BR>    Frequent use of visual abilities seeing short and long distances and color.<BR><BR>Benefits<BR><BR>    100% of the employee premium paid for on selected plans on Medical, Dental and Vision<BR>    50% of employee dependent premium paid for on selected plan on Medical, Dental and Vision<BR>    Paid Holidays and Vacation<BR>    On the job training and continuing education<BR>    Employee material purchase plan<BR>    Opportunity for Advancement<BR><BR><BR>Location: Seattle<BR>Bilingual : English and Spanish<BR>Permanent position<BR>Rate: $12-$15 per hour</font></td>
