That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR><BR>Specialist, Commissions<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>The Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring T-Mobile''s Dealers, Dealer support staff, and Employees are compensated in accordance with outlined plans and models. Through stringent review and a thorough knowledge of partner contracts, employee plans and monthly "Spiff" offerings execute on approximately %241 billion in commissions annually. Included in the services managed by the Commission Specialist are: Monthly testing of commissions systems and payment schedules and processing 100k lines of disputed line items submitted monthly. Commission Operations Specialists drive accurate payout while maintaining tight deadlines and providing excellent customer service to 300 Dealer Partners and 14,000 employees.<BR><BR><BR>*  Process monthly commission payments for assigned customers in an accurate and timely manner that follows documented compensation plans to the letter.<BR><BR><BR>*  Complete all assigned tasks, such as commission calculation and reconciliation processing within established SLA''s. Provide complete and detailed descriptions related to all lines that will be paid or denied when processing reconciliations. Update the Reconciliation Tracking database with results as work is completed.<BR><BR><BR>*  Ensure that all required documentation is on hand for assigned customers. This includes a copy of the fully executed contract as well as any side letters, addendums, revisions, renewals or correspondence that is relevant to accurate calculation of the partner compensation.<BR><BR><BR>*  Provide input regarding department policies, processes and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned by the managment to support department goals. Maintains an ongoing attitude of continuous improvement of processes within the department. Financial impact of decisions could be severe.<BR><BR><BR>*  Evaluate new compensation components, determine the proper business rules to apply and interface with the System Analysts and Management to automate functionality within the Commissions systems.<BR><BR>!*!*  Excellent written and oral communication skills<BR>*  Excellent analytical, and financial statement analysis skills<BR>*  Ability to prioritize job responsibilities for self<BR>*  Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs<BR>*  Bachelor''s Degree Preferred<BR>*  3-5 years commission or telecommunication experience in relevant industry with similar authority<BR><BR>T-Mobile is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
