               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Specialist District Sales Representative<BR>Location: Washington-Bellevue<BR><BR>In our Sales Organization, the Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for selling HDS'' full line of products and services primarily through indirect channels and occasionally direct to the end-user within an assigned territory. The assigned territory will be a geographically defined territory in which the territory manager has sole responsibility for the all accounts within the geography. Territory manager''s can sell both mid-range and high-end enterprise products and services. TM?s will work closely with channel partners and HDS sales specialists on our entire product portfolio, including specific product sales incentive campaigns.<BR><BR>The TM is responsible for working with HDS Channel Management to evaluate authorized reseller partners for the territory. We are seeking a motivated sales individual who will continue to grow the revenue in their territory year-to-year. This requires a mature individual who can self-manage their activities, manage virtual teams of sales partners and internal resources, and be able to function independently with minimal supervision.<BR><BR><BR>To qualify for this position, you must have the following experience/knowledge:<BR><BR>- Proven Sales Track Record (Please list accomplishments in Resume)<BR>- Storage Industry (Technical Product) Experience and Business Knowledge<BR>- Ability to Influence / Effective Relationship Building and Presentation Skills<BR>- 5 years as a Channel Sales Rep or Account Executive with the Storage Industry<BR>- Must be able to Manage Reseller Reps as a Virtual Team<BR>- Accurate Forecasting Ability / Familiarity with Executing Marketing Programs<BR>- Effective Time Management / Ability to Identify and Master Required Resources<BR>- A Bachelors Degree is required <BR><BR><BR><BR>-                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      </font></td>
