The Senior Business Analyst of Churn Analytics will accomplish this by building and leveraging statistical models to evaluate our customer base to identify competitive risk, provide key insights into the performance of baseline trends and customer retention initiatives and communicate results and analysis to Senior Leadership.<BR><BR>The responsibilities for the position include:<BR>* Forecasting and analyzing customer churn and renewals<BR>* Partner with the Customer Loyalty team to provide insight into customer churn and performance<BR>* Monitor performance and provide actionable insight into customer churn reduction initiatives<BR>* Use statistical modeling techniques to build and refine predictive churn forecast models<BR>* Communicate results and analysis to Senior Leadership via dashboards and reports<BR><BR>!*!<BR>Required experience and educational background will include the following:<BR>* Bachelor''s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Quantitative Analysis<BR>* 3+ years experience in Analytics and Planning<BR>* Experience building complex financial models<BR>* Highly proficient computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)<BR>* Data mining and analytics software helpful (SQL, SAS, Business Objects)<BR>* Previous experience in wireless or other subscription environments preferredT-Mobile USAoffers a full range of comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, as well as matching 401(k),<BR>generous paid time off programs, mobile phone and service discounts, tuition reimbursement, free parking - not to mention a fun and business casual work environment.T-Mobile USAis an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
