That''s why we''re here.As part of the Portfolio Credit Risk (PCR) team,the Credit Risk Senior Analyst will reside on the Commercial Credit Policy team and primarily support commercial originations. The position requires ability to be extremely flexible in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment while handling sensitive information in the strictest confidentiality. This position will understand and evaluate business processes around commercial originations and evaluate commercial scoring models to set and refresh credit policies. Innovation of solutions and ability to build supporting business cases to present to leadership (Sr.Directors - VPs) is critical for success.<BR><BR>Responsibilities include:<BR>* Ability to plan, facilitate, and participate in working sessions with vendors and cross functional teams<BR>* Provide Managers and Senior Leaders with concise and accurate information for decision making<BR>* Help to ensure that credit decision systems (account acquisition, portfolio management and collection) are operating efficiently. May test, audit and implement new policy changes and/or systems<BR>* May train, provide direction to and review the work of other analysts<BR>* Ad hoc support to management or business partners<BR>* Successful candidate must be flexible and results orientated<BR>* Creativity and the ability to reach insightful conclusions is a must<BR>* Candidate must be highly motivated and comfortable working in cross-functional teams interacting with all levels of management<BR><BR>!*!<BR>* Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent work experience<BR>* Experience in Credit Risk Management, Activations, Fraud, Manual Review, and Finance<BR>* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint<BR>* Proficiency in data mining SQL, SAS, Toad, or Golden<BR>* Experience building and presenting business cases<BR>* Strong problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills<BR>* Ability to work cross functionally with internal and external partn </font></td>
