That''s why we''re here.Sr Analyst, Enterprise Information Security GovernancePosition PurposeInformation Security Governance provides oversight of the security resources, tools, policy and processes that ensure that Information Security is effectively implemented throughout T-Mobile. This requires organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, performance measurement, defined tasks and oversight mechanisms.Primary Duties and Responsibilities* Assist with development, implementation and management of information security policies, processes and standards through collaboration with key stakeholders* Support security SDLC, including oversight of project intake, project risk scoring and security resource allocations* Provide GRC reporting by overseeing the implementation of scorecards that rely on accurate metrics and measurement* Develop and maintain department KPIs, assisting with reporting and planning improvements and aligning service improvements with KPI''s* Performs queries, formats reports, provides regular reporting updates to Managers or Executives* Oversee vendor-managed security service engagements by building requirements and tracking of progress based on SLA and objectives of the program* Provide security awareness support for the technical security team by planning and building delivery mechanisms at key touch points e.g. on-boarding, development staff etc.* Coordinate creation and maintenance of internal information security process and procedure documentation. Facilitate periodic evaluation for opportunities to improveSecondary Duties and Responsibilities* Coordinate and/or facilitate various Information Security Council meetings by proactively scheduling reoccurring meetings, defining agendas and coordinating action item follow up* Assists in the preparation and management of budgets and forecasts* Ensure the proper planning and resource prioritization needed to maximize the effectiveness of the Corporate Information Security resources* Support remediation, exception and risk acceptance efforts across the rank of risk findings associated with diverse stakeholder across the enterprise* Interfacing with outside groups such as Billing Ops, Application Support, Finance, Legal, Privacy and vendors where appropriate<BR><BR>!*!Position Requirements Functional/Technical Skills* Possess strong customer service skills, a desire to assist people and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism* A thorough understan </font></td>
