That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR>Sr. Analyst, Finance<BR><BR>The Financial Operations'' Analytics (FOA) team partners with multiple Finance departments, ensuring that they have the appropriate tools, access to data, and analytical resources needed to drive factual-based decision making.<BR><BR><BR>Job Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>The FOA team is looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to provide consultative expertise in the areas of financial analysis and reporting. Success in this role will require maintaining a close working relationship with multiple operational teams in the Finance organization to better understand their analytical challenges, provide ad-hoc analytical support, and to help craft sustainable, long-term solutions. The Sr. Analyst is also responsible for producing several recurring performance reports and making modifications as warranted. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Financial Operations Analytics.<BR><BR>Specific responsibilities include:<BR>* Partner with a variety of operational departments to identify opportunities for increasing efficiency, enhancing reporting capabilities, and employing best analytical practices<BR>* Present analytical findings and recommendations to various levels within the organization<BR>* Work on various ad-hoc, analytical projects utilizing multiple skillsets<BR>* Oversee the collection of monthly performance data, ensure the validity of the data, and track material changes<BR>* Produce and maintain weekly and monthly scorecards and provide insights into what drove anomalous results<BR>* Support the development of junior-level analysts through forums, mentorships, etc.<BR>* Evaluate analytical tools and resources and help facilitate their adoption<BR><BR>!*!<BR>* 5+ years experience in analytical roles (minimum 3 as a Sr. Analyst)<BR>* Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of analytical concepts and techniques including: forecasting, modeling, cost-benefit analysis, variance analysis, sensitivity analysis, predictive analytics, what-if scenarios, decision trees, performance metrics and scoring<BR>* Comfort in extracting, consolidating, and analyzing large sets of data<BR>* Innovative thinker that employs creative approaches to problem-solving<BR>* Self-motivated to deliver exceptional customer service<BR>* Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments in a fast-paced work environment<BR>* Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present information at all levels of the o                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              </font></td>
