That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR>Sr Financial Analyst - Subscriber Reporting<BR><BR>This is a key analyst position within the External Reporting team, reporting to a Sr. Accounting Manager responsible for Subscriber Reporting.<BR><BR>This position is responsible for performing a variety of analytical activities to deliver greater understanding of Subscriber trends and variances. This position is also critical in the monthly close process of booking and validating the subscriber activity and the associated reporting to a variety of customers within the enterprise. They will work cross functionally with teams including Marketing, Channel Management, and EIT to assure all products are reported accurately and performance is understood.<BR><BR>The External Reporting team is responsible for preparation and maintenance of accounting records, monthly accounting close activities and accounting variance analysis. Ensuring that our books are closed timely and accurately in compliance with our accounting policies, that accounting estimates are appropriate given the risks and uncertainties involved, and that our accounting records contain the information necessary to meet our reporting requirements to internal management, tax compliance and T-Mobile International and Deutsche Telekom reporting requirements. This team also has responsibility for the development, modification and maintenance of internal controls within these accounting processes to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of our financial records including SOX requirements.<BR><BR><BR>Job Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>* Support monthly subscriber reporting process.<BR>* Analyze subscriber trends to identify areas to focus organizational energy that will increase profitability.<BR>* Evaluate and monitor impacts of compensation strategies on subscriber reporting.<BR>* Communicate with operational business partners to identify areas for operational improvement, share knowledge about subscriber trends and upcoming changes.<BR>* Partner with EIT to drive and maintain consistencies in subscriber business rules across billing systems.<BR>* Establish and maintain accuracy in customer migrations between systems.<BR>* Ensure billing systems and reporting tools consistently report key subscriber metrics both from a business as usual perspective and to support changes to the business.<BR>* Provide support for subscriber impacting projects and new subscriber reporting requirements<BR>* Ensure reporting systems are accurately reporting subscriber results<BR><BR>!*!<BR>* 3                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 </font></td>
