That''s why we''re here. <BR><BR>Sr. Analyst, Finance <BR><BR>The Senior Financial Analyst will be part of the Consolidation & Controlling team within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) group of T-Mobile USA. As an individual contributor, this position will partner with budget and forecast owners across the company to develop and analyze forecasts to provide guidance on the direction of the business. We are seeking individuals who have:<BR>* Knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) required; specific accounting and tax knowledge a plus.<BR>* Ability to frame unstructured and complex analytical problems.<BR>* Ability to think strategically (big picture) without losing attention to detail.<BR>* Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple threads of work.<BR>* Excellent communication skills: ability to present analytical results in verbal and written form, and ability to develop presentations for senior management.<BR>* Desire for a high level of responsibility and ability to work with minimal supervision.<BR>* Desire and demonstrated capability to effectively work in a team-oriented environment, in a fast pace industry.<BR>* Ability to quickly learn new skills and methodologies.<BR>* Advanced Excel modeling skills and applied business statistics.<BR>* Working knowledge of Business Objects, or other reporting, visualization and/or intelligence & analysis tools preferred.Education/Training<BR>* Undergraduate degree in business, economics or engineering required.<BR>* MBA or technical graduate degree (e.g. economics, finance, engineering) preferred and substitutable for some work exp </font></td>
