This position would be reporting to the Senior Manager and be interacting with numerous levels of leadership.<BR><BR>THE ROLE<BR>We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with exceptional forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling talent. This role favors the extremely analytical who thrive on the challenges inherent in dissecting complex problems, utilizing facts/data to derive a conclusion and delivering clear recommendations to improve results. This position will help to drive the success of the business by providing information and analysis to assist in decision-making.<BR><BR>The Senior Analyst will be responsible for defining SQL queries required to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance measurement and reporting functions and critical ad-hoc analysis and supporting the development of an OLAP reporting database, currently Hyperion Essbase.<BR><BR>!*!Required<BR>* Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment<BR>* Strong analytical skills to perform deep dive analysis and recommend solutions to senior leaders<BR>* Strong business sense combined with the ability to move easily between technical and business issues<BR>* Able to build successful working relationships with key players within and outside of Business Operations<BR>* Experience with data modeling and analysis, including understanding of relational database and data warehouse architecture/concepts<BR>* Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server 2005 and Hyperion Essbase<BR>* Experience with and understanding of data reporting environments and tools.
