That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR>Sr Analyst, Financial Compliance Group<BR><BR>Financial Compliance Responsibilities:<BR>* Working with other Financial Compliance Group team members to ensure that T-Mobile USA''s SOX 404/BilMoG program is properly executed in accordance with Deutsche Telekom, our parent company''s guidance.<BR>* Working with FCG management and control owners to assess control design and operating effectiveness of key SOX/BilMoG controls, assist in control scoping discussions, and identify efficiency opportunities.<BR>* Building strong relationships with business partners throughout the organization including our key financial areas of accounting, financial reporting, tax as well as operational areas over procurement, engineering, marketing and accounts payable.<BR>* Proactively engaging with business partners to fully understand process or organizational changes in T-Mobile USA''s fast paced environment and evaluate any SOX/BilMoG compliance implications.<BR>* Educating business partners (via class room settings or one on one coaching) on various aspects of SOX/BilMoG including techniques for performing control testing, etc.<BR>* Working closely with FCG management and control owners, coordinating to ensure that control documentation is current and value-added to the process.<BR>* Providing support to the business to ensure quality and successful execution of control testing approaches in accordance with Company guidance including performing quality assurance reviews over all of management''s testing.<BR>* Effectively communicating control evaluations, recommendations, and feedback on testing results.<BR>* Updating FCG management on progress, risk areas identified and providing recommendations to resolve control problems and/or issues.<BR>* Perform financial impact analysis to quantify significant SOX/BilMoG issues including identifying the financial statement accounts relevant to risk and control gaps and recognize key variables impacting the financial statements<BR>* Supporting control and business owners in determining appropriate remediation for control deficiencies.Audit Services Responsibilities:<BR>* Conduct assigned audits in accordance with scope, objectives, program, budget and schedule.<BR>* Overall responsibility for identifying and defining audit issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures.<BR>* Manage and guide the work of staff assigned to your projects.<BR>* Assist in drafting an audit report for m                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   </font></td>
