That''s why we''re here.Position Purpose:<BR>Plans, directs and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems in the fast-paced Marketing domain. Performs systems analysis, interfaces with the business and leads the creation of functional design documents, technology roadmaps and other technical artifacts. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Leads and mentors other Systems Analysts and acts as the primary face of IT to the internal Customer and is the liaison between the user community and internal IT resources.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>* Utilize and train others on their knowledge of the business processes in their area of responsibility and can work with the Business to define requirements that will drive efficiencies in the business taking into account the entire picture as well as the details.<BR>* Has thoroughly demonstrated knowledge of the business processes and application systems in the Marketing domain.<BR>* Interviews Business Partner end users to determine and document requirements for data, reports, analysis, metadata, training, service levels, data quality, and performance.<BR>* Translates business requirements into system impacts and functional specifications. Assists in the creation of high-level feasibility assessments and IT level-of-efforts.<BR>* Can identify, evaluate and define impacts of changes and provide alternatives.<BR>* Interacts regularly with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Application Support and Operations<BR>* Translate functional, product, or business requirements into functional / technical specification or use case documents.<BR>* Understands complex systems and dependencies between upstream and downstream systems. Generally assigned to Enterprise, cross-functional and cross-departmental projects with high complexity and cross-system impacts.<BR>* Has thoroughly demonstrated working knowledge to conceptualize, document and communicate innovative solutions to meet or exceed business objectives.<BR>* Coordinates prototype reviews and creates Test Requirements.<BR>* Creates Test Plans and Test Requirements Document and performs high-level testing of Technical deliverables.<BR>* Ability to write SQL queries to test results and ability to create mock up data for testing & reporting.<BR>* Handle multiple assignments/projects simultaneously<BR>* Assist in definition, design, and management of Enterpri                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         </font></td>
