That''s why we''re here.Job Description: Commissions Sr. Functional AnalystCommissions Functional Analyst performs systems analysis, creates functional design document, test requirement documents in fast-paced Commissions and Sales Incentive Management domains. Identifies, evaluates and develops solutions, systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. The Functional Analyst acts as a liaison between the user community and internal IT resources. This is atechnically demandingposition and is the progression from a development to an analyst role.System Analysis* Has thoroughly demonstrated knowledge of the business processes in the Commissions or Sales Incentive Management domains.* Interviews Business Partners to identify and document requirements for data processing, integration, interfaces, business rules and reports.* Translates functional, product, or business requirements into functional / technical specification or use case documents.* Acts as a liaison between business and development teams, and shepherds projects through the design, build, and test phases.* Provides analysis support to development and test teams for assigned projects. This can include responding to ad hoc analysis requests and performing system test and defect triage.* Has demonstrated knowledge of the application systems in Commissions or Sales Incentive Management domains. Can identify, evaluate and define impacts of changes and provide alternatives.* Understands complex systems and dependencies between upstream and downstream systems. Generally assigned to Enterprise, cross-functional and cross-departmental projects with high complexity and cross-system impacts.* Has demonstrated ability to conceptualize, document and communicate innovative solutions to meet or exceed business objectives.* Provides input from high-level to detailed estimates for intake, projects, and change requests in area of responsibility.* Facilitate and participate in working sessions with cross-functional teams.* Ability to conduct peer reviews to solicit feedback on deliverables created.System Testing* Create Test Plans and Test Requirements Document* Perform QAT Testing of Technical deliverables.* Ability to write SQL queries to test results* Ability to mock up data for testing.<BR><BR>!*!Minimum Required Skills / CompetenciesSkills* Experience working in the Commissions domain and Commissions implementations* Experience in writing SQL and understanding of ETL De </font></td>
