               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">!*!Sr. Analyst, ProcessThe primary purpose of this position is to regularly examine the business health and performance of T- Mobile''s field vendor relationships and report findings, insights and recommendations to National Retail leadership. <BR><BR>This position is responsible for extracting, analyzing and maintaining critical reports on field execution with the goal of ensuring profitable sustained sales and EBITDA growth within National Retail Accounts. This includes regular analysis on product and promotion execution initiatives, sales and churn metrics, merchandising compliance, vendor health and overall customer profitability. <BR><BR>This role will also be expected to identify various process gaps within each account''s customer on-boarding experience such as; product right fitting, handset tutorial, coverage check and bill explanation as well as metrics based sales intelligence such as; credit conversion analysis, fraud triggers, customer follow up calls and payment default risk. In addition to data intelligence and process improvements, the <BR><BR>Sr. Analyst will be expected to provide operational recommendations to National Retail leadership on a consistent basis as well as effectively communicate with cross functional working groups such as Sales Operations Services, EIT and Channel Management to plan, execute, monitor and assess the result of each recommendation. <BR><BR>Responsibilities: <BR>*  Manage field reporting data and deliver reports to internal stakeholders <BR>*  Provide leadership and direct support to other members of the National Retail Operations team <BR>*  Analyze vendor data and assess account and vendor health <BR>*  Present findings and recommendations to leadership <BR>*  Facilitate root cause analysis on data anomalies and conduct primary and secondary research to validate (this may involve travel) <BR>*  Identify the tradeoffs and priorities of initiatives and tasks with limited supervision. <BR>*  Represent the Sales organization across the business and gain consensus with business partners. <BR>*  Ability to do cost/benefit analysis and identify initiatives that will have the greatest benefit for Sales. <BR>*  Implement day-to-day changes that complement the long term department strategy and roadmap.<BR><BR>!*!<BR>Functional and Technical Skills: <BR>*  Strong leadership and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to influence and work cross functionally <BR>*  Leads the mentoring of others both technical and interpersonal relationship skills <BR>*  Demonstrates conflict resolution skills <BR>*  Advanced understanding of databases and development of dashboard/scorecard reporting <BR>*  Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and develop new solutions <BR>*  Ability to multitask and work with limited supervision <BR>*  Self-motivated and confident with the ability to balance multiple projects and tasks. <BR>*  Demonstrate analytical and logical thinking <BR>*  Excellent communication skills to various levels of business, both written and verbal <BR>*                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            </font></td>
