That''s why we''re here: to help connect to those who matter most!<BR><BR>Sr. Analyst [National Customer Satisfaction Quality (NCSQ) - Quality Intelligence]The Quality Intelligence team within National Customer Satisfaction Quality (NCSQ) is responsible for supporting NCSQ Director by providing actionable intelligence to drive strategic business recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on Quality data and bringing all quality elements together. As a Senior Analyst, you will be reporting to a Senior Manager on the NCSQ team and will provide key analytical support to the organization. This Senior Analyst position is an individual contributor position and will provide key insights into quality measurements through data mining, dissecting complex problems, utilizing facts/data to derive a conclusion and delivering clear recommendations to improve results. Analytical dexterity and excellent communication skills are required for the success in this position. The Senior Analyst provides analytical support by structuring problems, extracting and analyzing data, providing insights, constructing presentations and communicating complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner. Additionally, a strong curiosity about the NCSQ organization and T-Mobile USA, the ability to work cross-functionally to gather information and influence change are highly desirable.*Position can be located in Bellevue, Colorado Springs, Tampa or Albuquerque*<BR><BR>!*! Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3- years of advanced SQL experience and solid hands-on experience in accessing and manipulating data from relational databases (Teradata, Oracle, MS SQL server). Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments Strong communication skills Bachelor''s Degree preferred Solid hands-on experience in accessing and manipulating data from relational databases (Teradata, Oracle, MS SQL server).
