That''s why we''re here.Sr Analyst, Systems--Backoffice Intake and OperationsDescriptionPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>* Capacity planning and management for an organization with 300+ resources<BR>* Process definition and management for key SDLC and other IT processes.<BR>* Assisting in preparing management briefs related to project capacity for Senior leadership (VP thru CXO)<BR>* Uses Advanced knowledge of processes and systems to: Support Project Intake Feasibility Assessment with estimates of Impact (Effort and Timeline).<BR>* Assist business in leveraging (where advisable) standard process/system capabilities to reduce complexity and customization<BR>* Provide detailed documentation (process or functional) in relevant work repositories<BR>* Ensure stakeholders, management and project managers are fully informed of project risks, team activities and project status<BR>* Research, identify and drive improvements to project efficiency, speed and quality via new cross-team synergies, methods, and tools<BR>* Collaborate with business and IT partner teams to develop business capability and technology roadmaps, provide education on processes<BR>* Business Process Analysis and Reengineering. Analyze As-Is processes to standardize and document new processes spanning multiple EIT and Enterprise teams. Methods may involve use of MS SharePoint, MS Visio workflow diagrams, MS Word User Guides, MS Excel reports and charts, and MS PowerPoint presentations.<BR>* Conduct stakeholder process reviews to solicit feedback of and obtain support and/or sponsorship of new processes<BR>* Document implementation plans, prototype & simulation transition plans.<BR>* Coordinate stakeholder training and orientation; Implement and maintain new business processes.<BR>* Design and develop, business process KPIs to ensure standards and Service Level Agreements are met and/or exceeded.<BR>* Respond to external inquiries for information.
