That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR><BR>Sr. Analyst (Systems)<BR>Enterprise Systems Business Solutions ESBS<BR>Interaction eXperience Research IXR<BR>Position Purpose<BR><BR>The Enterprise Systems (ES) Business Solutions (BS) Interaction, Research, eXperience (IXR) team focuses on optimal solution delivery for the enterprise. We are chartered to operationalize both strategy and content of our organizational wide methodology throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).<BR>As a Sr. Analyst on the IXR team, you will play a key role in bringing together ES resources with expertise in design, process, and development to collaborate from pre-design to post deployment. The User eXperience (UX) component of our team includes but is not limited to: user research, key business stakeholder engagement, User Interface (UI) design, Interaction Design, rapid prototyping and post Go-Live adoption plans and training documentation. In addition, we conduct and facilitate design & technical reviews throughout the SDLC.<BR><BR>Key Traits the ESBS-IXR team is looking for:<BR>*  Intrinsically motivated in customer delight<BR>*  Experience in collaborative practice & conscious inclusion<BR>*  Superior interpersonal & business skills while tech savvy<BR><BR>Expected Deliverables<BR>*  End-to-end deliverables for the SDLC<BR>o Evaluate Business Opportunity Vision document (BOV) and be able to analyze and select relevant projects for the ESBS IXR team.<BR>o Give estimated LOEs for feasibility<BR>o Give accurate LOEs for capital assessments<BR>o Facilitate self-directed work teams executing capital projects (approx. ~20M in budget)<BR>o Facilitate solution design reviews with key business stakeholders.<BR>o Facilitate technical walk-thrus with key business stakeholders.<BR>o Facilitate the test sign-off meeting for key business stakeholders before deploying project to the production environment.<BR>o Help conduct post deployment after action review including large complex data sets, executive summary reports, power point presentations.<BR><BR>Position Duties and Responsibilities<BR>Primary Duties<BR>*  Deliver high-level analysis for all enterprise projects in feasibility and capital assessment to determine resourcing impacts for facilitation and design<BR>*  Represent the IXR team in feasibility and capital assessment intake meetings<BR>*  Research project requirements and help plan resources for facilitation and design<BR>*  Help identify and form core ES cross-functional project teams for collaborative solutions design<BR>*  Facilitate reviews with stakeholders, proje                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       </font></td>
