This person will perform the quantification and qualification of our customers  needs and then translate those requirements into detailed product technical definitions. Must be a master at the art of communicating with our customers in the language of business, as well as the having the ability to communicate those needs in the form of their underlying technology requirements. This technical understanding must then be efficiently and clearly be described in oral or documented form for use by our development and testing teams.?<BR>The successful candidate will demonstrate a history of owning and driving the customer requirements evaluation process and will be called on to provide leadership and training to the junior business analysts at this company. This requires an individual that is highly motivated to take the responsibility and the associated rewards of seeing a product through from inception to customer release.??<BR>The role includes<BR>?Data Analytics: data integrity, principals of relational databases, data sources, and ability to jump in and dissect data<BR>?Leadership: innovate, ability to speak to different audiences, able to guide others to make best decisions, ability to get others on board with vision and execution.<BR>?Organizational Responsibilities: work closely with clients to evaluate and define detailed requirements and develop value proposition, develop client acceptance criteria, define? standards and expected quality, mentor other analysts<BR>?Client Management: Develop comprehensive subject-matter expertise of customers  products and business processes. Work with ambiguous client requests and define actionable requirements for the product teams. Guide the development team through the defined requests and answer their questions on what the client is looking to accomplish.<BR>?<BR>Experience ? We are looking for someone with:<BR>?4+ years doing business and data analysis in the software industry where scope definition and requirements gathering was an important aspect of the role.<BR>?Experience with Microsoft Sales and Volume Licensing models is highly desirable.?<BR>?Strong experience around Data Analytics: data integrity, principals of relational databases, data sources, and ability to jump in and dissect data sources and understand relationships with disparate systems required.<BR>?Expert knowledge of Excel<BR>?Expert with BI tools including the SQL stack (SSMS/SSRS/SSIS/SSAS) and MS family of products used to derive and deploy user reports (Excel/PowerPivot, SharePoint Expertise) required<BR>?Programing skills in any established language desired<BR>?Exposure t                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               </font></td>
