That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR>OurCustomer Planning & Analysisteam has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experiencedSr. Analyst, Business Systemslooking for a new challenge.<BR><BR>The Sr. Analyst, Business Systems position is responsible for the gathering, validation, and packaging of data for use by their internal customers. Additionally, significant data gathering support for ad hoc requests will be required. Perform data analysis and data modeling using appropriate architectures, tools and methodologies. Create and maintain normalized data models, dimensional data warehouse or data mart models, entity relationships diagrams, or other forms of documentation in support of business requirements.<BR><BR><BR>The responsibilities for the position include:<BR>* Work directly with CP&A team to define new analysis and reporting initiatives<BR>* Design and develop new reports with existing systems, data, and tools<BR>* Subject matter expert for reporting<BR>* Support ad-hoc requests for data, reports and analyses<BR>* Ability to analyze data and present findings<BR>* Ability to pull data from various databases and understanding the data<BR>* Aggressive approach to data analysis, reporting and system enhancements.<BR>* Extensive experience using Microsoft Office Suite with significant Pivot Table experience.<BR>* Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and build rapport in order to influence colleagues at all levels, uncover business issues and identify needs.<BR>* Understanding of IT concepts and technologies.<BR>* Strong process documentation skills.<BR><BR>!*!Required experience and educational background will include the following:<BR>* Experience with databases in data retrieval for reporting and analysis<BR>* Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Visio)<BR>* Advanced experience with SQL including SQL Server 2000/2005/2008, Teradata and/or Oracle<BR>* Strong experience with Transact-SQL and/or PL/SQL<BR>* Knowledge of relational database, data modeling, systems design, and integration<BR>* Disciplined, analytical but creative thinker and problem solverThe successful candidate will possess the following traits:<BR>* Committed to providing world-class service to internal partners and customers<BR>* Aggressive approach to projects and initiatives<BR>* Ability to achieve deadlines while managing multiple and changing projects<BR>* Driven towards accountability<BR>* Motivated towards innovation<BR>* Superior written and verbal communication skillsT-Mobile USAoffers a full range of comprehensive benefits                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        </font></td>
