That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR>Sr. Finance Manager<BR><BR>The Sr Finance Manager will play a key role in T-Mobile USA''s revenue forecasting and analytics team along with responsibility for driving insight and action regarding the profitability of T-Mobile. This position will assist with numerous revenue driven planning activities of the Company and provide insight to the Company''s management team regarding changes in the Company''s revenue streams and potential business opportunities. The position will be responsible for assisting with various cross-functional revenue process improvement efforts across the Finance organization and working with the other involved business areas, including Marketing, Sales, Product Development and EIT.<BR><BR>The focus will be on providing insight and visibility to drive action leading to increased revenue and profitability. This position will be responsible for working to improve communications with all affected stakeholders, eliminating redundancies and leveraging cross-functional teams to improve the overall effectiveness of T-Mobile''s revenue and profitability processes and reporting activities.<BR><BR>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>* Lead people and processes regarding financial performance and outlook.<BR>* Work closely with business groups to understand key business issues and translate them into financial models and metrics.<BR>* Research and stay informed of industry development, corporate, and customer drivers to accurately assess the impacts to the business.<BR>* Manage revenue analytics capabilities for providing insights and accountability for revenue owners as well as supporting a high level of accuracy for revenue forecasting.<BR>* Influence and guide executive decision-making through logical presentation, argumentation and defense in order to optimize financial performance.<BR>* Provide coaching and expertise to all levels of the organization.<BR>* Provide quality assurance and control on financial analysis.<BR>* Help guide FP&A team development and alignment by enabling best practices.<BR>* Demonstrate leadership competencies to build teams and vision for the company, display executive maturity, foster enterprise reliability, and lead change in ambiguous situations<BR><BR>!*!This position requires a solid analytical foundation.
