That''s why we''re here. Senior Finance Manager The Senior Finance Manager will be part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) group within the Finance department of T-Mobile USA. This person will work closely with members of the group and with representatives from multiple organizations across T-Mobile. As a Senior Finance Manager you have the unique opportunity to have a direct impact on T-Mobile''s financial decision making and the company''s bottom line. As stewards of the company''s financial performance, FP&A creates short and long-term forecasts, assesses major investment decisions, supports corporate governance and investor relations activities, creates management reports and analyses, and provides profitability analytics. Work within the FP&A business case controlling function is project-based and varied, requiring you to interact with different groups and tackle new challenges on a regular basis. You will develop new models and evaluate existing models and test multiple hypotheses. The business requests for capital are wide-ranging, thus requiring unique analyses in many cases. The position requires a balance of both analytical and communications skills. You must have the ability to obtain the information needed from co-workers and disparate data sources while meeting deadlines. At the same time, you must feel comfortable evaluating and building Excel models and providing insights, both intuitive and counter-intuitive, that shape business decisions. Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Work closely with business groups to understand key business issues and translate them into financial models and metrics. * Develop an understanding of industry, corporate, and customer drivers to leverage in financial analysis and decision models. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of strategic frameworks, industry trends, and corporate and customer drivers in order to provide insight into potential investments. * Provide quality assurance and control on business case models. Ensure that business case process and models comply with TMUS and Deutsche Telekom standards and guidelines. * Steer enterprise to drive efficient use of cash and capital resources. * Support financial reporting, investment analysis and enterprise prioritization efforts. * Provide coaching and expertise to all levels of the organization. * Help guide FP&A team development and alignment by enabling best practices. !*!This position requires a solid analytical and financi </td>
