The Suspect Fraud Analyst performs analysis of suspected fraud chargebacks and disputes from banks and customers through queues and after-the-fact reports to identify unauthorized credit card use. Determines if transactions are fraudulent and if future travel is present that should be canceled. Determine if a chargeback is disputable and there is an opportunity for the company to recover or avoid a potential loss through providing appropriate documentation to banks and airlines. The role requires contact with customers, banks, vendors, airlines, and internal business partners to determine the best way to respond to disputed bookings. The Suspect Fraud and ADM Team is staffed Mon - Fri with flexiblie start and end times. Applicants must be flexible with their schedule; having the ability to work non-traditional shifts as well as some holidays. If you have great customer service skills, an analytical mindset, and are passionate about saving the company&rsquo;s money, then this job might be for you!<BR><BR>                                                                                                                                             <BR><BR><BR><BR>Essential Functions:<BR><BR>Analyzes merchant and agency air disputes that fall within the team&rsquo;s scope, including but not limited to suspected fraud disputes. <BR><BR>- Independently determines root cause of Expedia, Inc. branded disputes, determines whether disputes are fraudulent and should be accepted, or  be able to pinpoint overall cause of the dispute if they are not fraud<BR><BR>- Conducts link analysis to identify transactions and accounts to known fraudulent activity<BR><BR>- Works effectively with peers and leadership by sharing ideas and knowledge about dispute trends and information<BR><BR>- Effectively manages all incoming communication with our customers, banks, vendors, and internal teams via multiple channels (phone, email, fax)<BR><BR>- Modifies and executes standard SQL database queries to retrieve data and produce standardized reports. Proactively analyzes transactional and dispute records/reports to identify trends (both fraud and non-fraud)<BR><BR>- Proactively identifies disputes patterns, abnormalities, technical problems, and bugs and effectively communicates or escalates them to appropriate teams<BR><BR>- Maintains or exceeds established service level agreements and guidelines for timely resolution of disputes to minimize potential revenue losses<BR><BR>- Maintains or exceeds established standards for customer service, and resolves escalated complex issues                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            </font></td>
