Responsibilities include management & oversight of all aspects of our Dealer Insights program. The Senior Manager is viewed as a thought leader, challanging the status quo and driving change by influencing internal and external leaders through the sharing of insights. The Senior Manager will lead projects and initiatives that support current and future internal processes and procedures. The Manager will be a key contributor on initiatives to provide the team with greater ability to respond to key operational changes and will interact with employees within DFS as well as other departments in support of company wide projects and initiatives. Sphere of influence extends up to the VP level across various organizations within T-Mobile, but primarily within Financial Operations. The Senior Manager will be responsible for coaching and development of the team. In this role communication is critical, candidates should be skilled in written & verbal communication and relationship management. Knowledge of banking and third party finacing products (such as leasing, asset based lending and flooring) is a benefit. Some travel will be required (up to 10%).Job Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>* Provide oversight, coaching and guidance to the team of Business Analysis Managers and Analysts.<BR>* Provide leadership, coaching and development to ensure right prioritization of work for Analysts and Managers for business case analysis & strategic business initiatives.<BR>* Allocates and directs resources to ensure projects & enhancements are completed on time and within scope.<BR>* Participate in management & team meetings, department maintenance, and maintain department results based on key metrics & measures.<BR>* Lead new initiatives relating to key business issues; leveraging tools and insights to influence and drive decisions, impacting results.<BR>* Cross functional networking with key leaders in Sales Operations, Accounting, Sales, Channel Management and Legal<BR>* Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.LEADERSHIP - ARE YOU A LEADER COACH?As a Sr. Manager you are focused on strategy and planning while developing and guiding your team.
