The role will take a Leadership position in ensuring that T-Mobile%27s potential and current customers who are shopping online in various channels are able to find us at the point of need, thus helping us improve the quality of traffic. This role will also look at optimizing the traffic across all online channels and guide the Leadership team to make appropriate investments by channel.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Duties & Responsibilities<BR><BR><BR>Organize and lead Online traffic planning and report to back to the Leadership on performance vs. goals and action plans<BR><BR><BR>Partner with Media team to optimize paid search traffic for ROI<BR><BR><BR>Regularly analyze Online Marketing mix and and provide recommendations to optimize marketing spend. Use this as an input to traffic planning<BR><BR><BR>Work with partners within and within the Web team, Marketing and IT to develop a Demand Generation optimization roadmap<BR><BR><BR>Drive the DDR channel operations. Identify opportunities to improve DDR ROI<BR><BR><BR>Manage a team of managers/analysts for various traffic channels<BR><BR><BR>Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.<BR><BR>!*!<BR>Minimum Requirements:<BR>Five years of experience planning and optimizing traffic for ecommerce businesses<BR>Experience in web analytics or marketing decision analysis<BR>Extensive knowledge of driving SEO, SEM and Display Advertising<BR>Experience leading teams both direct and indirect<BR>Desired Skills:<BR>Experience taking Paid search and Display advertising programs from concept to implementation<BR>Experience with Statistical modeling and analysis<BR>Aptitude for data driven decision making<BR>Collaborative working style<BR>Education:<BR>Bachelor%27s Degree in Business, Mathematics or Statistics or a related quantitative discipline.<BR>MBA Preferred<BR>Travel:<BR>Approximately 15% domestic travel for conferences and site visits required.<BR><BR>Req Number: 12014872                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  </font></td>
