That''s why we''re here.The Sr Manager, Sales Operations is directly responsible for managing enterprise, systems and channel specific projects from conception to field launch and execution. Represent Retail and Sales business needs, business impacts, customer experience impacts and product & service delivery for all enterprise launch initiatives, systems projects as well as key channel sales and operations projects and initiatives. Establish strategic business partnerships across the enterprise with Senior Leaders from training, sales operations, methods and procedures, human resources, legal, cash applications, finance, marketing and customer care to ensure that channel projects and initiatives meet customer and sales expectations. Manage time lines for all key channel deliverables while ensuring all projects stay in scope of financial budgets associated with the project. Capture key feedback throughout the sales channels during the development and implementation of new services, products or policies and procedures to drive the feedback into the development of the project to ensure flawless execution at launch. Work with executive leadership to set success metrics for all projects and initiatives and monitor and adapt programs to ensure they meet or exceed on forecasted enterprise and channel project goals.<BR><BR>Essential Functions:<BR>* Managing a team of 2-5 Program Managers<BR>* Managing the development and enhancement of systems projects<BR>* Engaging with operational teams to ensure the swift resolution of any issues that directly inhibit T-Mobile''s sales channels from delivering their full value<BR>* Project planning, analysis, forecasting and business financial and sales impact analysis<BR>* Working collaboratively with field sales leadership communicating and executing launch of systems enhancements and deployment<BR>* Validation and support of field execution and acceptance of systems projects and initiatives<BR><BR>!*!<BR>* Bachelors Degree in related field<BR>* 4+ years of field sales and/ or operations experience<BR>* 4+ years of managing a sales or operations teamT-Mobile is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
