That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR><BR>The Senior Manager of Information Security Operations will be responsible for leading a team of information security professionals in network and information security, information security engineering, and managing all aspects of security operations through staff and managed security services providers. Ensures through positive leadership the team performs procedures necessary to provide for safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction.<BR><BR>* Responsible for proactive assessment of threat information in and outside the public domain, understanding the threat as it relates to T-Mobile, and implementing measure to combat the threat.<BR>* Responsible to work with team members, peers and senior management to determine technical information security requirements, forecast to meet requirements, and advocate for the program to gain resources to implement appropriate protection technologies and processes.<BR>* Responsible to implement and monitor controls necessary to ensure operational processes are performed and are effective to protect the environment from all forms of malicious cyber activity.<BR>* Responsible to assist the Governance group in the development and refinement of technical security standards, key performance indicators and other necessary processes to maintain effective operational security.<BR>* Responsible to implement tools and processes to systemically enforce theses standards and KPI''s. Monitors network security solutions that are deployed to protect T-Mobile''s information systems. Makes risk-based decision on a daily basis that has the potential to impact T-Mobile''s ability to operate and communicate.<BR>* Responsible to ensure the information and network security controls for T-Mobile are appropriate and operating as intended; includes solutions that are directly controlled as well as security solutions that are operated by other internal and external groups.<BR>* Responsible to provide status reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to manager and other management activities that demonstrate the health of the program.<BR>* Must interact with internal audit, third party auditors, and appropriate regulatory bodies.<BR><BR>!*!<BR><BR>Ideal Candidate will have:<BR>* Candidate must have strong motivational, influential and organizational skills<BR>* Prefer ten years experience in information security related discipline and five years in a management/leadership capac </font></td>
